Please note: The escorts working for the agency all operate as independent entrepreneurs. They offer their services in their own name and on their own account. The agency is not a service provider in relation to the services of the escorts. Payments for the services offered by the escorts are made exclusively to them and not to the agency.
I. General Terms and Conditions of the Agency
The subject of these general terms and conditions are, on the one hand, the mediation services of the agency and, on the other, the general terms and conditions of the respective service providers, hereinafter referred to as escorts or companions.
1. Contract with the Agency
The agency acts exclusively as an intermediary. The agency matches escorts with clients and receives a commission from the escorts for its activities. The escorts are independent entrepreneurs who offer their services in their own name and on their own account. Payments for the services of the escorts are made exclusively to them, not to the agency. All details regarding the services of the escorts are coordinated between them and their clients.
2. Booking Attempts by Minors
Minors are not permitted to use the services of the agency. The agency reserves the right to ask clients for a copy of their ID to verify their age. If they do not comply with this request or if the verification reveals that they are minors, no mediation will take place.
3. Obligations of the Agency/Liability
The agency will make every effort to facilitate a contract between the client and the desired companion; however, it assumes no guarantee for the conclusion of a contract with the companion. As independent entrepreneurs, the companions may accept or decline requests at their own discretion. Furthermore, the agency assumes no liability for the accuracy of the information provided by the escorts in their profiles.
The agency points out that escorts, as independent entrepreneurs, are not vicarious agents of the agency. The agency is not liable for the actions of the escorts. In addition, any liability of the agency for the nature, manner, or quality of the service provided is excluded.
4. Payment, Authority to Receive Funds
No separate fee is charged to clients for the mediation of escorts by the agency. The respective services are billed directly between the clients and the escorts. In cases where the agency is exceptionally authorized to receive the fee (for example, for advance payments), it has received an authority to receive funds from the escorts for this purpose.
5. Data Protection
The agency processes personal client data in accordance with the relevant data protection regulations, in particular the Federal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation, exclusively for booking processing. Detailed information on data processing can be found in the agency’s privacy policy.
II. General Terms and Conditions of the Escorts
1. Nature and Scope of the Escorts’ Services
The nature and scope of the contractual services are determined between the escorts and their clients under their own responsibility.
2. Escort Fees
Detailed information regarding fees and any travel costs incurred is listed in the profiles of the individual escorts. Since the escorts determine their own fees, differences in pricing may occur. Clients can hand over the agreed fee to the escorts at the beginning of the date in an unsealed envelope. They can also transfer the fee to the agency in advance. In this case, the agency receives the fee in trust and forwards it to the respective escort. The agency has been provided with an authority to receive funds by the escorts.
If necessary, a deposit of the agreed fee may be required by the escorts, for example, for bookings with a longer total duration or a longer journey.
All costs incurred during the date (e.g., for food, drinks/tickets for events, etc.) are to be borne by the client.
An extension of the date is possible. The fee for the extension must be handed over to the companion at the beginning of the extension.
3. Cancellation
Zoe Escort Models maintains fair cancellation policies for its high-class escort service in Munich. For cancellations of dates lasting from 2 to 24 hours (overnight), no cancellation fees apply if the cancellation is made by the previous day (24 hours before the start of the date). For cancellations on the day of the meeting, we ask for your understanding that 50% of the agreed fee will be charged as compensation for loss of earnings. If the escort lady is already on her way, additional travel or journey costs that have already been incurred may also apply.
For bookings of an escort lady for more than 24 hours (e.g., 48 hours to several days), cancellations can be made free of charge up to a maximum of 3 days before the start of the booking. This excludes payments already made for items such as airport parking or hotels. These costs will be withheld from your deposit as a flat-rate expense fee.
DUO bookings: If 2 escort ladies are booked for the same evening and this booking is then cancelled, the deposit already paid for this booking will be retained, regardless of when the cancellation is made. Since we block 2 ladies at the same time for one evening and they are therefore not available for any other bookings, the deposit will be retained as compensation for the effort incurred.

4. No Direct Contact
The vast majority of the escorts have a respectable primary profession. For this reason, discretion is very important to them. The escorts do not wish for private contact with clients or private contact attempts by clients. Please respect this wish and do not ask the escorts for their personal data. Direct contact attempts with the escorts must be avoided. The agency must always be used to arrange a date.
5. Mandatory Condom Use/Other Obligations of the Client
According to the relevant regulations of the Prostitutes Protection Act (ProstSchG), condoms must be used during sexual intercourse.
The escorts expect clients to behave like gentlemen during the date. Clients will further ensure that the escorts are not endangered or harmed in their physical integrity or property during the course of the date. Clients are liable for all damages caused to the escorts through their fault during the execution of the assignment.
